Anyway, Buhari had better have something reasonable to present to Nigerians in line with his electoral promises o!
I'll be watching:
1) Crude oil benchmark
2) Projected exchange rate
3) Capital/recurrent expenditure ratio
4) Allotment for the education sector
5) Social welfare safety nets
6) Attempt to diversify economy into agriculture and manufacturing.
And when the budget is broken down at NASS deliberations, I'll also be watching the region-by-region capital projects spread.
