If Goodluck Jonathan is still being blamed for the fuel scarcity challenge Nigeria is experiencing, I wonder who the blame shall be on for the recently increased electricity tariff that has being implemented by the NERC without a commensurate increase in volume.
Anyone who believes this latest remark from Lai Mohamed's desk is not fit to exist in modern Nigeria.
