ONITSHA - Gov Obiano moments ago officially reopened the Reconstructed Failed Portion of Onitsha - Awka Expressway
Recall that the Nkpor Flyover was cut-off last month by erosion leading to a near collapse until Gov Obiano intervened instructing the CCC to do everything possible to save the Flyover and recover the failed portions of the Expressway.
