UNDER A TYRANT, THERE IS NO DEMOCRACY, NO RULE OF LAW AND NO JUDICIARY.

Gov. Wike's Masterstroke: Dakuku, APC and Rivers State Tribunal judges at loggerheads over leakage of the plot to decimate Rivers State House of Assembly.
The masterstroke:
The Speaker Rivers State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Ibani Ikunyi has voluntarily resigned as Speaker, and Hon. D. Adams representing Okrika constituency has just been elected as the new Speaker of the Assembly. The PDP having uncovered a grand conspiracy to take over the state through the Appeal court, had to deploy this masterstroke. Recall that Hon. Adams remains the only member, whose election has been concluded and validated by the Appellate court. Which incidentally is the final court, for House of Assembly elections petitions.
The APC and Appeal Court judges evil plot:
The plot was leaked to a PDP chieftain, by the wife of one of the Appeal Court judges. She told the PDP chieftain, that her husband had concluded plans with the APC, to decimate the Rivers State House of Assembly, by annulling all House of Assembly elections, including that of the Speaker, in a single swoop. This evil plot to steal the peoples' mandate through the Appeal court, was also confirmed by one of Hon. Dakuku's girlfriends (name withheld). She said, she overheard Dakx (as he is fondly called by her) speaking with a judge on phone. And the plot was to annul all House of Assembly elections in Rivers state, so that the House won't have a Speaker, in anticipation of a Supreme Court judgement in Dakuku's favour. And with the absence of a House of Assembly, it will also be impossible for Gov. Wike to appoint a substantive Chief Judge at the expiration of the extended tenure of the Acting Chief Judge of Rivers state, in January 2016, as there won't be any House of Assembly, to confirm the appointment of a substantive Chief Judge in Rivers State.
And in the event, that the Supreme Court annuls the election of Gov. Wike, Rivers state would neither have a Speaker, nor a Chief Judge (because the law does not allow for another extension of tenure), to step in as Acting Governor.
A situation that would warrant the APC controlled Chief Justice of Nigeria to nominate the Chief Judge of Imo state, to step in as the Acting Governor of Rivers State, to supervise the much anticipated governorship election re-run.
Having learnt of the masterstroke by the Rivers PDP, which has ultimately remedied the situation, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi and the National leadership of the APC have expressed their anger and utmost displeasure over such recklessness, exhibited by Hon. Dakuku Peterside and the Appeal court judges. Very furious Rotimi, yesterday walked-out Hon. Dakuku Peterside from his office, which was the reason Dakuku returned immediately to Port-Harcourt to brief other party members. However, in view of the foregoing, the APC and the Appeal Court judges have now decided to uphold all House of Assembly elections, in the Riverine local government areas of Rivers state including that of the former Speaker, Rt. Hon. Ibani Ikunyi, in a bid to polarize the Rivers State House of Assembly, and pacify some Niger Delta ex-agitators in order to make rerun elections less intense in the Riverine areas.
