Well, on all grounds Wada wins. Faleke was deputy governorship candidate. He cannot transform to governorship candidate without a fresh nomination. APC ( unfortunately) did not nominate him afresh. Even if he was freshly nominated, he could still not inherit Audus vote. He cannot also claim Yahyas votes because according to CPC vs OMBUGADU votes belong to individual not party see S141 Electoral Act. Yahya on his own fails woefully. He did not participate at all stages of the election and by S141 he can't be declared winner. He can also not inherit Audus votes.
