At least four Boko Haram terrorists were killed, and scores injured,
after they attacked the village of Nigeria’s Army Chief of Staff in
Borno State yesterday.
A military source told SaharaReporters that four Boko Haram members were killed but the survivors left with the dead bodies.
He also said that the firefights started at 6 A.M., and the assault on Mr. Buratai’s home village began just after 8 P.M. The military was able to repel the terrorists, sources said.
The military has not yet officially confirmed the attack or that it was at Mr. Buratai’s home village.
