Dis happened dis morning at Kwale,Delta State.
D boy in d picture is 9years old...He was flogged by d mother for stealing her #5000...after flogging and inflicting bruises on him,,she stripped him n dragged him to his school to report him to his teachers...My question is,DID SHE DO THE RIGHT THING?
