Lagos state has taken custody of 9yrs old Chinwendu who was violently abuse by her guardian, Mrs ifeoma mbakwa.
The primary 3 pupil was attacked with hot water by her guardian who accused her of stealing crayfish.
Mrs ifeoma mbakwa had sent Chinwendu to get her the ingredient from kitchen, but when the little girl returned to report that they had none, her guardian accused her of eating them, beat her up & then bathed her with hot water.!!!
