Prophet T. B Joshua
According to a video published on T.B. Joshua's Youtube channel,
it has been alleged he predicted the hijacking of the EgyptAir plane.
This was exactly the message posted along with the video. The message says:
"During a Sunday Service at The SCOAN, Prophet T.B. Joshua gave
a prophetic message regarding a hijacked plane, revealing the outcome
of the incident which would cause 'Breaking News' worldwide.
"On Tuesday 29th March 2016, EgyptAir Flight MS181 was hijacked
by a passenger claiming to be wearing a suicide explosive belt, forcing
the plane to land in Cyprus.
"We thank God that there was no single injury or casualty in the incident and the hijacker was safely apprehended."
But, many people have expressed doubt about the video and its
message saying that he was talking about a balloon and not a plane.
One person commented: "This prophesy must have been made about 3
or 4 years ago. Why prophesy such a non event years before it happened?
After all this was nothing more than a hoax and the man was never going
to harm anyone."
Another added: "No date, no timeframe, wrong number of
hijackers, people weren't rescued he surrendered, rescuers didn't bring
down plane, the hijacker did that. Old prophesy from 2013. Very little
is right. Prophesy accuracy 25%."
A third wrote: "Reasons why this is not an accurate prophesy
are as follows. This video footage is earlier than 2014. How can it
possibly be linked to this one event? Especially when there have been 4
plane hijackings during that period.
"I believe Emmanuel TV is being misleading by describing his
Prophesy as being during 'The' SCOAN Sunday service implying the Sunday
just gone. That clearly isn't the case. T.B Joshua states that there
will be a rescue. And the people will be saved.
"There was no such rescue only negotiations. The man
surrendered freely with no resistance. No person needed rescue. T.B
Joshua states that "they will not be able to blow anything and they will
rescue it and bring it down"
This statement is wrong in a number of ways.
1. He used the word they. Implying more that one hijacker. Wrong.
2. Saying they couldn't blow anything as if there was a bomb to be blown. There wasn't.
3. The rescuers were able to bring it down. Wrong. The hijacker
demanded to be brought to that particular airport. A demand fulfilled.
'So one must question what the purpose of such a prophesy. No
country, no date when it will occur, wrong number of hijackers and wrong
description of what will happen other than the people will be safe'"

Pope laments Easter anti-Christian killings he describes as “cowardly
and senseless.”
8-year old Zainab put on her best red dress for her visit to the
amusement park, along with her relatives, last Sunday. It was the Easter
Sunday. Little did she or her parents knew that it would be her last
day on Earth. Like all the other children present in the park, she also
enjoyed the rides and various other fun park activities. Then the
explosion happened. It was only much later that her father found her
bleeding in her red dress, her small body lifeless.

Christians

Pakistan witnessed its worst terrorist attack this year during the
Easter Sunday. More than 70 people dead, including women and children.
Around 300 injured. According to Pakistani authorities, 29 children were
killed in the attack. The attack happened at Gulshan-e-Iqbal park, in
Lahore, the second largest city in Pakistan.
The suicide bomber from the outfit Jamaat ul-Ahrar, a splinter faction
of the Pakistani Taliban, walked into the crowded park and detonated his
explosives-packed vest. The outfit claimed their target was the
Christians who were celebrating Easter. However, most of the people who
got killed during the attack were Muslims.
Pope Francis mourned victims of the terrorist attack. He asked the
people all over the world to pray for the dead and the injured, during
his Regina Caeli address on Monday. He condemned the terrorist attack
and called it a senseless and cowardly crime. Pope Francis said the
Easter for the Pakistani Christians was bloodied by the attack during
which several innocent people were massacred.
He appealed to the authorities of the nation to ensure safety to its
citizens, especially for the religious minorities. He said that the only
way to achieve peace is through respect for your fellow beings and via
fraternity. Hatred and violence will only lead to destruction and pain.
Pope said the resurrection of Jesus Christ arouses in us a will to pray
with conviction, to stop the hands that sow terror and death, and thus
bring an era of peace, love, reconciliation, and justice in the world.
Lahore is one of the political strongholds of the Pakistani Prime
Minister Nawaz Sharif. He visited the wounded people in the Hospital,
and also canceled his trip to Washington for the nuclear summit. The
Pakistani security forces have already arrested a number of suspects
from different parts of the country. Lieutenant General Asim Bajwa, an
army spokesman said they recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition
during one of the many raids conducted in the Lahore city.
