The initial reaction that trailed the photo above on the internt
since it was released, was that of disbelief and outright anger.
The photo shows men refilling dispensable water cans from a stream in a deserted place.
The loctaion is not clear but the men are obviosuly going to sell
the cans of water as if they have been properly treated and are clean.
Internet users have called this a complete act of wickedness and
many have gone on to haul insults and curses at the perpetrators
