According to NTVUganda, the man identified as Herbert Were beheaded

Kenya-Uganda border. The police revealed that Were confessed that he
beheaded his younger brother after being instructed to do so by a member
of Illuminati in Kampala.

that he cut off his brother's head but we arrested him on the way to
