Ghanaian actress, Bibi Bright who caused commotion recently at the
Golden Movies Awards with her dress which revealed what many have swore
was her private part, came to City People Awards on Sunday dressed in
another scandalous outfit.
The outfit has become an object of debate on social media with
majroity of people describing it as another trend of fashion that has
