President Buhari during the swearing-in ceremony
Four Special Advisers and a Permanent Secretary, have been
officially sworn-in on Wednesday, August 10, by President Muhammadu
Buhari as they take their oaths of office at the Presidential Villa,
Abuja.
According to News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the event took place
shortly before the commencement of the weekly meeting of the Federal
Executive Council (FEC) under the chairmanship of the president.
The advisers are;
1. Special Adviser on Economic Matters - Adeyemi Dipeolu
2. Special Adviser on Political Matters - Babafemi Ojudu
3. Special Adviser on Planning - Tijani Abdullahi
4. Special Adviser on Social Investment - Maryam Uwais.
The president also swore in Rafiu Enikanolaye, who was appointed
Permanent Secretary in July and deployed to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
While Dipeolu, Ojudu and Mrs. Uwais have been deployed to the
Office of the Vice-President, Abdullahi is with the Ministry of Budget
and National Planning.
