The allegations brought against Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara who was accused of padding the 2016 budget and bribing members with $20,000 by embattled former chairman of Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin is getting very serious.

 

 

Jibrin has submitted a petition against Dogara at the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) and Department of State Services (DSS) office today with his lawyers as he continues the fight against the speaker and what he called corruption in high places.
