#ChangeBeginsWithYou: Angry Nigerians Blast President Buhari Over Comments During Re-orientation Campaign Launch

 

In collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, President Muhammadu Buhari, today, September 8, launched a national re-orientation campaign, tagged “Change Begins With Me”.

 

Speaking after the launch at the State House, Abuja, the president tasked Nigerians to first think about how they could contribute to the nation’s development as individuals, before asking about the change his administration promised them.

“Before you ask ‘where is the change they promised us’, you must first ask ‘what have I done to be part of the change for the greater good of society,” the president said.

 

This comment by president instantly sparked an outrage among Nigerians as many took to social media to blast the President Buhari-led federal government over their insensitivity to the current hardship currently being faced by citizens in the country.
