This man has reportedly been beaten black and blue by soldiers in Benin.
According to Twitter user, Ken Henshaw, who posted the photos, the
man pictured was allegedly flogged by soldiers in Benin City simply
because he didn't move his car away from the road, President Buhari was
to use.
