DJ Midas, one of Nigeria's foremost and most prominent Disc jockeys, has died.

 

The popular DJ, whose real name is Michael Adedoyin, died after a brief illness yesterday Tuesday September 27th.

 

Shortly before his death, DJ Midas worked with Silverbird's Rhythm FM. He joined the radio station in1998 as a pioneer and regular DJ host.

 

Late DJ Midas was said to be 45 years old at the time of his death.
