A man has gone ahead to marry his lover of many years despite her health condition which has limited her progress in life.

of several years, who was born with 'Down syndrome'.
The full identity of the couple who through pictures look happy
together is currently unknown. The story has been described as the
truest definition of love which is being widely preached about in the
face of flagrant abuse.
Down syndrome is a chromosomal condition that is associated with
intellectual disability, a characteristic facial appearance, and weak
muscle tone (hypotonia) in infancy. All affected individuals experience
