The former Arsenal man has only been a bit-part player at Chelsea and could make sensational return to the Emirates.
Cesc Fabregas
Arsenal are ready to make an incredible bid to bring former Gunners
midfielder Cesc Fabregas back to the Emirates, according to the
Express.
Fabregas has not been a regular starter under Antonio Conte, with
the new manager preferring Nemanja Matic and N’Golo Kante in midfield.
An injury to Matic did give Fabregas a start against Manchester
City on Saturday though, and he responded by setting up Diego Costa’s
goal in a 3-1 win.
If that is still not enough to convince Conte then Arsene Wenger is
waiting to pounce, according to sources, who say that the Frenchman
would like to bring his former midfielder back to the club.

It would, of course, be a massive move and has several huge
obstacles in front of it, with Chelsea unlikely to sell a player to a
title rival, while Gunners fans are hardly enamoured with the
29-year-old after the manner of his exit.
