Just In: Asari Dokubo Leads Jubilant Supporters in the Streets to Celebrate PDP's Victory in Rivers State (Photos)

Former militant leader, Asari Dokubo, has been pictured with jubilant supporters in the streets of Rivers State to celebrate the results of the re-run elections.

Reports from Rivers state making rounds online and social media reveals that there is an ongoing celebration at Akulga/Asalga area of Rivers state following the victory of Honourable Boma Goodhead of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). 

 

Former militant warlord, Asari-Dokubo and other party supporters were pictured in the streets celebrating the victory. 

 

Recall that it reported earlier that the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), George Sekibo, was also declared winner of the re-run senatorial election in Rivers east senatorial district, by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
